Helena's 27+ Party
Helena decides to celebrate her 27+ birthday party at Open World Café. Friends celebrated with an organic and locally produced buffet table including fresh caught Salmon from Ljusterö (caught six hours before it went into the oven), organic red beet sallad with goat cheese from Ljusterö and breads and cakes baked on Biodynamic Spelt (Dinkel) wheat from Saltå Kvarn. Live music was provided by Brasilika; Grillo, Fidel, and Lasse. We thank Helena and her friends for honouring us with their presence and look forward to seeing them all soon again!
